Sankalp Mishra

Sankalp Mishra is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Palo Alto Networks since June 2025, where expertise includes supporting and optimizing enterprise network infrastructures with Palo Alto Networks Strata products and Prisma. Previously, Sankalp served as a Technical Lead and TAC Engineer at iOPEX Technologies from April 2021 to April 2025, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Wright State University from May 2017 to May 2019, contributing to a team of seven graduate students. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Support Engineer at HP in 2016. Sankalp holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Wright State University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from REVA University (2012-2016).
