Ignacio Bermejo is an experienced professional in the aerospace sector with a strong background in research and development project management. Currently serving as R&D Project Manager at AEROTECNIC since November 2014, Ignacio has successfully executed over 25 projects with a total budget of €13 million, focusing on the manufacturing of both metallic and composite aeronautical components within an Industry 4.0 framework. Previous roles include Development Engineer at Carbures, where Ignacio worked on automating the Hand Lay-up process through robotics, and R&D and Quality Manager at INHISET, managing projects in collaboration with Airbus Military. Ignacio began their career as a Quality and Environmental Technician at SERANCO, where responsibilities included environmental tasks and quality system management. Ignacio holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Technical Industrial Engineering degree, both from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
