Sophie Tan

Sophie Tan, Ph.D., currently holds the position of Manager for R&D Project Management at Pharmascience since November 2022, where additional responsibilities include serving as the CDMO Life Cycle and Alliance Manager and previously as Senior Project Manager for New Product Development. Prior experience includes roles at Sandoz Canada as ESO Product Life Cycle Manager from July 2020 to November 2022, and at Confab Laboratories, where Sophie occupied positions such as Senior Project Manager/Project Management Supervisor and Strategic Project Manager from March 2012 to July 2020. Sophie's background also includes significant roles at Johnson & Johnson, NRC-Steacie Institute as an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow, and teaching assignments during doctoral studies at Université de Montréal and Université du Québec à Montréal. The academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Université de Montréal and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from UQAM.
