Fred Pabona

Fred Pabona is an experienced avionics installer currently working at Aerotek since June 2023. With a strong background in aviation maintenance, Pabona has held various roles, including Mech 3 / SFF / Electrician/ Line Handler at Kay and Associates, Inc. since November 2016, and Mech 1 Electrician at M1 Support Services from November 2015 to November 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Plane Captain at L-3 Communications / URS from November 2009 to November 2015, where daily inspections and aircraft launch and recovery were essential duties. Pabona also worked as Maintenance Controller and Senior Enlisted Advisor at VQ1 from February 2005 to January 2009, focusing on personnel management and aircraft maintenance. Early career experience includes a Maintenance Controller role in the US Navy from 2003 to 2005. Pabona's education was completed at Burroughs between 1985 and 1988.
