Mackenzie Cripe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management. Currently serving as the Senior Professional Account Recruiting Manager Lead at Aerotek since May 2014, Mackenzie has played a pivotal role in facilitating software updates and training new recruiters. Previously, Mackenzie held the position of Senior Account Recruiting Manager, focusing on recruiting for Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, production, and distribution. Prior to Aerotek, Mackenzie worked at Target as a Senior Team Lead for Apparel and Accessories, managing a high-volume store and driving sales performance. Early career experiences include an internship at ICLEI USA, where Mackenzie developed media strategies for environmental initiatives, and leadership in admissions marketing at Gustavus Adolphus College. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Gustavus Adolphus College.
