Marianela Peralta

Marianela Peralta serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Aerotek, the Allegis Group's second largest operating company, since August 2020. Prior to this role, Marianela held the same title at Allegis Global Solutions from September 2016 to August 2020, managing the legal functions and advising executives. Earlier experience includes positions at Walmart, providing strategic employment legal advice for international operations, and at Hilton Worldwide, advising on employment issues. Marianela has also been a Senior Counsel at Littler Mendelson, where a key focus was on compliance audits, and Counsel at Dickstein Shapiro LLP, conducting internal corporate investigations. An Assistant United States Attorney from 1999 to 2006, Marianela handled civil and criminal cases. Educational credentials include a BSFS in International Relations from Georgetown University and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
