Aistė Ruzgienė

Aistė Ruzgienė has a diverse work experience in various sales and business development roles. Aistė is currently the Head of Sales at AeroTime Hub since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Eskimi, a programmatic advertising platform, from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Sales Executive at FL Technics Training, a global provider of technical training for the aviation industry. Before that, Aistė worked as the Head of Sales at LT Advert, a prominent OOH advertising company in Lithuania, from 2018 to 2020. In 2018, they also worked as a Sales Support Process Manager at Invest Lithuania, the official agency for Foreign Direct Investment and Business Development. Aistė's earlier experience includes being the CEO of UAB Realister Media, where they led various projects and managed B2B and B2G sales from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at UAB Realister Media from 2012 to 2014, and an Advertising Project Coordinator at the same company from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they also worked as a Business Customers Consultant at Lintel from 2010 to 2011.

Aistė Ruzgienė earned their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Vilnius University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
