Shannon James

Shannon James has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Shannon is currently serving as the President & CEO of Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance since May 2018. Prior to this, they worked at BB&T as a Vice President, Commercial Banking RM from April 2017 to May 2018. Shannon also held the position of Vice President, Commercial Banking at SunTrust from October 2011 to April 2017. Before that, they worked at Bank of the Ozarks as a Special Asset Risk Officer from October 2008 to October 2011. Shannon started their career at The Park Avenue Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer and later as a Management Trainee from January 2006 to October 2008. Prior to that, they worked at Park Avenue Bank as a Business Development Officer and Teller/Customer Service Representative from April 2003 to December 2005.

Shannon James attended Valdosta State University from 2000 to 2004, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. The fields of study pursued were Management and Marketing.
