Deane Edelman

Deane Edelman is an experienced executive in real estate and facility operations, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate & Facility Operations at AV since May 2025. Prior roles include Vice President of Facility Operations at BlueHalo and Vice President of Global Workplace at Booz Allen Hamilton, where oversight included a global portfolio of 2.5 million square feet across 140 locations. Previous experience also encompasses significant leadership positions at General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc., Anteon International Inc., Washington Gas, and NiSource, with expertise in managing large-scale real estate portfolios and executing impactful projects. Deane Edelman holds an MBA in International Business from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
