Eric Molder

Eric Molder currently serves as a Sr. Staff Project Engineer at AeroVironment, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this, Eric Molder was with Mason Controls for nearly six years, working as a Test Engineer IV and contributing to various aspects of the Test Engineering Department, including mentoring, NPI proposals, compliance verification, and tooling design using Solidworks and CREO. Eric Molder's experience also includes working as a Lead Systems Test Engineer at Woodward, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed coordinating testing for GE Passport 20 Engines, and a lengthy tenure at Eaton as both a Test Subject Matter Expert and Senior Test Technician, focusing on compliance with industry standards and training new personnel. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Human Factors from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, along with prior studies at the University of Phoenix, Glendale Community College, and California State University, Northridge.
