Karyn White

Karyn White is an experienced HR and organizational development leader, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at AV since April 2025. Prior to this role, Karyn held various positions at RGP from June 2010 to January 2025, including Senior Vice President of HR Business Partnerships and Learning & Development, where Karyn led strategic HR initiatives and transformed HR service delivery. Karyn also served as Vice President of Human Resources & Development, overseeing global employee relations and training programs for a workforce of over 4,000. Earlier in Karyn's career, at Kohl's Department Stores from May 1993 to December 1997, Karyn managed HR and operations for stores with significant annual sales. Karyn holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
