Pradiptya Ghosh

Pradiptya Ghosh is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software, engineering, and product management across various high-tech companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software/GNC/Autonomy at AeroVironment since August 2022, Pradiptya leads the Software and Control Organization for an intelligent multi-domain robotics firm. Prior to this, Pradiptya held senior leadership roles at Intel Corporation, where transformation of the software organization for a significant FPGA product line was a key focus, and at Mentor Graphics, managing semi-manufacturing engineering initiatives. Additional experience includes management positions at Lattice Semiconductor and Numerical Technologies, along with entrepreneurial pursuits as co-founder of Silicon Diagnostics Inc. Academically, Pradiptya holds a Master’s Degree in Computer and System Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Certificate of Business Excellence from the University of California, Berkeley.
