Robert Horky

Robert Horky is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and growth strategies within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Vice President at AV since October 2025, Robert previously held the position of Chief Growth Officer at AEVEX Aerospace from December 2021 to October 2025. Prior to that, Robert was the owner of RJ Horky LLC for a brief period. Robert's long-standing tenure at Sierra Nevada Corporation included roles such as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Aviation Systems, Director of Programs, and Program Manager from July 2002 to September 2021. Academically, Robert holds a Master of Science in Management Science and a degree in Computer Engineer Technology, both from the University of Dayton.
