Ruth Richmond

Ruth Richmond is a strategic leader in learning and performance with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Learning & Performance at AV since August 2025, Ruth is responsible for aligning learning and leadership development initiatives with business objectives. Previously, as Director of Talent Development at BlackLine from June 2015 to May 2025, Ruth advised the CHRO and C-Suite on global performance strategies and developed innovative leadership programs. Earlier roles included Training and Development Manager at PennyMac Loan Services, Sr. Training and Development Manager at Harbor Freight Tools, and People and Organization Effectiveness Manager at Jack in the Box, demonstrating a strong background in designing enterprise-wide learning solutions and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Ruth holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and an A.S. in Human Resource Management from Ashworth College.
