Megan Pope

Megan Pope is a seasoned professional in talent management and development with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning & Engagement at Madhive since July 2023, Megan bolsters performance management and professional development across cross-functional teams while overseeing engagement programming aligned with corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, Megan spent over a decade at Coyote Logistics, culminating in the position of Director of Talent Success, where innovative strategies for talent management, training, and employee engagement were developed. Megan's career began with various roles in notable organizations, including internships at IMG and Rent The Runway, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Anthropology from Columbia University in 2012.
