Marcela Paz

Marcela Paz is currently the Manager of Learning & Development in the HR & Culture department at AERQ. Prior to this role, Marcela was the Co-Founder and L&D Chief Project Officer at TÁLANTON CONSULTING GROUP. With experience in organizational development project management and training, Marcela has worked with various companies across different sectors. Marcela also has a background in international purchasing and commercial management. Marcela holds degrees in Marketing Management, Organizational Communication, and Social Communication and Journalism.
