Jackie Nith Ishibashi

Jackie Nith Ishibashi serves as a Global Wellbeing Strategist and Consultant at Sequoia since February 2022, focusing on modernizing compensation and benefits to enhance talent retention and attraction. Prior experience includes a role as Global Wellbeing Manager at Snap Inc. from January 2017 to February 2022, where program launches aimed at fostering a holistic approach to employee wellbeing were executed. Jackie previously held positions at Red Bull, managing benefits and wellness programs, and at the Los Angeles Unified School District, supporting various benefits administration tasks. Jackie Nith Ishibashi holds a B.A. in Anthropology from UCLA.
