John Dorion

John Dorion has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. John currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Quality & Operations at AerSale, Inc., a role they have been in since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Collins Aerospace as a Principal Operations Program Manager from March 2014 to July 2019. Before that, they were the Owner & CEO of Euro Spares USA from January 2004 to March 2014. In addition, they gained experience as the Owner & CEO of Eurospares Belgium from May 2000 to December 2003. John'scareer began at AAR in 1989, where they served as the Director of Quality Europe until May 2000.

John Dorion attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained an A&P Mechanic License in the field of Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology. In 1983, they also obtained additional certifications including an Airframe, Power Plant, or Repairer License and a Private Aircraft Pilot license from the Federal Aviation Administration.
