Paula Such

Paula Such is an experienced professional in human resources and international mobility, currently serving as Directora de RR. HH. at AERTEC since June 2022. Previously, Paula Such held positions at Telefónica, including Human Resources Manager and Global Mobility Manager, where responsibilities included designing and implementing global policies for compensation and benefits, as well as managing HR processes with local teams. As International Mobility Manager at ISOLUX CORSAN, Paula Such oversaw the group's international mobility and ensured compliance for a significant population of long-term assignees across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes a tenure at KPMG Tax & Legal Services, providing legal advice on international assignments as a Senior Tax Associate and Consultant. Educational qualifications include a degree in Law from Universidad CEU San Pablo and specialized studies in human resources and taxation from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros.
