Darcy Bohman

Darcy Bohman serves as the Human Resources Director at RTS Labs since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in HR consulting and compensation. Prior to this role, Darcy held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Solo Global, Inc., where the HR infrastructure was developed from the ground up as the company's first employee. Darcy's career includes a tenure as Senior People Operations Manager at Womply, focusing on HR consulting and project management, as well as a role as People Operations Manager, where employee relations and training programs were enhanced. Earlier experience includes leading customer service operations as a Customer Service Team Lead at IKEA Group and various retail management positions from 1998 to 2011. Education includes certifications in Loss Prevention and Human Resources.
