Michelle Norris is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and event coordination industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Aerwave since January 2023, Michelle previously held the position of VP of Residential Sales at BAI Connect, managing residential sales for new builds and retrofits. Michelle's career at Bel Air Internet spanned over 15 years, beginning as an Inside Sales Representative and advancing through roles including Inside Sales Manager and Director of Business Development, where important contributions were made to transform the company into a profitable telecom provider. Earlier experience includes serving as an Event Coordinator at Destination Concepts Inc., successfully securing multimillion-dollar accounts with high-profile clients.
