Adolfo Varela Cespedes is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience in solar operations and maintenance. Currently serving as the Field Operations Regional Manager for The AES Corporation since April 2020, Varela Cespedes manages a solar fleet of 900MWs and leads a skilled team of technicians.
