Annan Hepner

Annan Hepner serves as the Global Internal Communications Manager at The AES Corporation, starting in November 2023. With extensive experience in communications, Annan previously held the position of Senior Communications Strategist for NextEra Energy, focusing on executive communications and strategic initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Initiatives and Senior Account Executive at Phelps Media Group, where Annan enhanced client relationships and led marketing projects. Additionally, Annan has experience as an Editor and Photojournalist for PS Dressage and held positions with SHINE Systems & Technologies and Charlottesville City, gaining expertise in crisis management and administrative functions. Annan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Affairs and Media Studies from the University of Virginia.
