Jennifer Killer

Jennifer Killer has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer began their career at PanAmSat Corporation in 2000, where they held various roles including Employment Administrator and Recruiter, Compensation and Benefits Analyst, and Manager of Human Resources. In 2006, they joined Intelsat General Corporation as a Senior Manager of Human Resources. Jennifer then moved on to The AES Corporation in 2007, where they held several leadership positions, including Global Mobility Manager, Director of Global HR Operations, Director of Global Compensation and Benefits, Director of HR for Global Functions, Vice President of HR for Global Functions, Vice President of HR for the US, and currently serves as the Vice President of Global HR and Chief DEI Officer.

Jennifer Killer graduated from Boston College in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. Jennifer then pursued their MBA at Fairfield University from 2006 to 2009, focusing on Business and Human Resources.
