Michelle Redpath, BSEE, MEM, currently serves as the Strategic Sourcing Manager at The AES Corporation, where responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and conducting market analyses. Previously, as Sourcing Manager at Avangrid Renewables, Michelle managed equipment purchases for solar and wind projects, addressing supply chain challenges. At NextEra Energy Resources, Michelle held roles as Sourcing Specialist and Nuclear Corporate and Commercial Dedication Electrical Procurement Engineer, focusing on team leadership, vendor management, and procurement of electrical equipment. Additional experience includes positions at Duke Energy Corporation, Progress Energy, Dow, NASA, and ATT Mobility, demonstrating a strong foundation in electrical engineering and procurement. Michelle holds a Master of Engineering Management in Manufacturing Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Puerto Rico-Orlando Campus.
