Paul Collins

Paul Collins, PE, PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Director of High Voltage Engineering at The AES Corporation since June 2022. In this role, Paul is responsible for the strategic vision of the High Voltage Execution Engineering group, focusing on the delivery of high voltage gen-tie lines and collector substations for renewable energy projects. Previously, Paul held various engineering and managerial positions at RLC Engineering, Leidos, National Grid, and Pepco Holdings, developing expertise in substation engineering and project execution. Paul's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University.
