Paula Aljure

Paula Aljure is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Global Talent Attraction Manager at The AES Corporation. With prior roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and US Recruitment Coordinator, Paula has developed extensive expertise in recruitment and organizational development. Previous experience includes serving as the Head of HR at TPC Compañía de Seguros and working as a Change Management & Organizational Development Consultant at OCM Transformation. Paula's background also includes a position as a Human Resources Specialist at Certimedica IPS and as a Human Factors Analyst at Aeroclub de Colombia. Academically, Paula earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Belgrano and completed a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales.
