Woody Rubin

Woody Rubin is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Chief Development Officer and President at AES Clean Energy, a position held since July 2013. Responsible for managing project development and transactions, Woody also leads the business development department at The AES Corporation. Prior to this role, Woody was an associate at Holland and Hart, focusing on energy asset development and financing, and held associate positions at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and Hunton & Williams LLP, specializing in project finance and renewable energy. Woody holds a BA from the University of Colorado Boulder and a J.D. from William & Mary Law School, with additional education from IE Business School.
