Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director- Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included overseeing all BPM-Pega presales and consulting efforts. With a strong background in architecture and program management, Sebastiraj has also contributed as Senior Architect with Lloyds TSB and in several deputed roles through Wipro, including Senior Architect positions at FedEx Services and MasterCard. Sebastiraj began a career with foundational roles at Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd and Nucleus Software, holding degrees in Computer Applications and Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
