Samuel Mulat

Samuel Mulat is an experienced epidemiologist and regional veterinary services expert currently serving in the EU-HEARD project Technical Assistance Team KE 2 at AESA - Agriconsulting Europe SA since August 2020. Prior to this role, Samuel worked as a Regional Program Officer for USAID AGP-LMD (CNFA) from July 2015 to August 2020, where contributions were made in Oromia. Earlier in the career, Samuel held the position of Animal and AP Inspection and Certification Expert and served as the Sub-Administrator for the LVC/PPD project at the Ministry of Agriculture/APHRD from April 2009 to June 2015. Samuel began professional endeavors at Alage, where work was conducted from 2007 to 2009.
