Kate Happold

Kate Happold, PCC, is an experienced executive coach and consultant currently serving at Aesara Partners since October 2017. With a career that includes significant roles at Morgan Stanley from March 2004 to October 2017, Kate has held positions such as Global Talent Advisory Lead and Internal Executive Coach, Senior Human Resources Business Partner in the Equity Division, and Talent Development Specialist. Prior experience includes a contract role as a Learning and Development Advisor at Philips and a position as a Learning and Development Consultant at AXA from November 1999 to August 2003. Kate holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching, Business and Executive Coaching from the University of Chester, earned between September 2011 and December 2014.
