Currently serving as Business Development Director and Senior Consultant at Simitri Group International and as a Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach at Talogy, Sherman has also held partner positions at Signium Greater China and Odgers Berndtson. With a robust background in talent management at VF Corporation and British American Tobacco, Sherman has demonstrated expertise in leadership development and human resources across Asia Pacific. An alumnus of Columbia University with a Master of International Affairs and a Master of Arts in Political Science, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University, Sherman combines academic rigor with practical experience in the field.
