Lucas Jiang

Lucas Jiang is an experienced executive coach and consultant at Aesara Partners since June 2021 and serves as guest faculty at NUS Business School. Previously, Lucas held multiple leadership roles at Sea from 2010 to January 2020, including Vice President for the People Team, Group CEO's Office, and CEO of Garena Singapore and Malaysia. Lucas's earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Value Partners and as an Assistant Manager at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
