Michael Shaw

Michael Shaw is currently the Chair at MoneyPlus, a debt advice and solutions provider. Additionally, Michael serves as an Executive Coach at Aesara Partners and MShawConsulting Limited. Previously, Michael held the position of Group General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at NatWest Group. Before that, Michael was the Deputy Group General Counsel at Barclays. Shaw also worked as a Partner at Herbert Smith and as Secretary to the Panel at Takeover Panel. Michael holds a MA in Law from the University of Cambridge and has pursued executive coaching programs at various institutions including the University of Cambridge and London Business School.
