🧠 Pam Aks

Pam Aks, M.S., PCC, RMT, is a neuroscience-informed mindset coach with extensive experience in coaching and training. Since February 2005, Pam has empowered individuals through personalized coaching methods that integrate neuroscience principles. Currently, as the ICF Level 2 Director of Training for the Executive and Professional Coaching Program at UT Dallas, Pam is involved in curriculum development and supporting faculty in nurturing exceptional coaches. Additionally, Pam serves as a faculty leader, assessor, and mentor coach for the Executive and Professional Coaching Certificate Program at The University of Texas at Dallas. Previous roles include director of technology at Coach U and principal at CornerWays, LLC, focusing on training programs and content development. Pam holds a Master's in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Walden University, core and advanced coaching credentials from Coach U, and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona.
