Gerard O'Sullivan

Gerard O'Sullivan is an experienced professional in energy management and sustainability with a robust background in strategic leadership and engineering. Currently serving as SEM Lead at AESC, Inc. since November 2017, Gerard specializes in training industry leaders on continuous improvement in energy and decarbonization. In addition, Gerard is the Strategic Initiative Lead at Grid Forward, focusing on electric grid modernization and collaboration with regional stakeholders. Past roles include sales and consulting positions at NRG Energy, 3Degrees Group, Inc., and Ecova, along with directing engineering efforts at Energy Curtailment Specialists.
