Phillip Osborne

Phillip Osborne currently serves as Managing Partner and Head of Asia Pacific at Kincannon & Reed Global Executive Search since 2015, focusing on recruiting leaders across the food, agribusiness, and life sciences sectors. In addition to this role, Phillip is the Managing Director Australia and Chair of the Nomination & Governance Committee for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), where contributions further the quality standards in executive talent consulting. Phillip also leads Eventus Business Advisors as Managing Director, assisting business owners with profitability and growth through structured programs. Previous significant roles include CEO of Gourmet Food Holdings, where Phillip achieved substantial financial turnaround, and varied executive positions across multiple industries, including dairy, food manufacturing, and genomic research, providing extensive leadership and consulting expertise. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from Deakin University and completed professional education at UC Davis.
