Sean Garvey

Sean Garvey is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of the Technology Industry Sector & CIO Practice at Odgers Berndtson Asia Pacific since October 2019, Sean leads executive search mandates across Australia and New Zealand and contributes to the development of the Global Tech practice. In addition to this role, Sean is the Australia Chair and Council Member for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants, focusing on enhancing the visibility of the executive search profession. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Sean co-founded and served as Managing Director of Oceans Group, and held senior roles at Derwent Executive, Robert Walters, Michael Page, and Lyle & Scott. Sean holds a BSc Hons in Physiology from the University of Birmingham.
