Derrick Norris

Derrick Norris, MSPS, currently serves as a Project Process Engineer at AESC, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Derrick held roles at Valeo as a Senior Project Process Engineer and Project Process Engineer from March 2021 to April 2023, and at Kontane Logistics, Inc. as an Operations Manager from August 2020 to March 2021. Derrick's experience also includes a role as a Manufacturing Engineer at IFA-North America LLC and a Graduate Student at Middle Tennessee State University, where Derrick earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management. Derrick's earlier positions include Project Process Engineer at Valeo and Manufacturing Process Engineer at Calsonic Kansei Corporation. Derrick began a career in management as a Sergeant at Rutherford County Juvenile Detention, demonstrating leadership and oversight in safety and security operations. Derrick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Middle Tennessee State University.
