Jesse Wright

Jesse Wright is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance management and technical training. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Maintenance at AESC US since September 2023, Jesse focuses on building high-performance teams and fostering an upskilled workforce. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Training Manager at Tesla, where Jesse excelled in instructional design and cultural leadership. Jesse's background also features a decade at BAE Systems, advancing from Industrial Maintenance Specialist to Manufacturing Specialist LvL V Lead, as well as roles at Ellison Bakery and Guardian Automotive, where skills in troubleshooting and programming advanced manufacturing systems were honed. Jesse holds an Associate's degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from Ivy Tech Community College.
