Qiaoyu Ma is an experienced structural engineer and project design manager with a strong background in civil and mechanical engineering. Currently, Qiaoyu leads multi-disciplinary design operations for a Gigafactory project at AESC, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and optimizing project coordination. Previously, Qiaoyu has held roles at ESAsolar and Arup, specializing in structural analysis and design for various construction projects. With a Ph.D. from Universidad de Sevilla, Qiaoyu has also conducted significant research in structural health monitoring and damage identification.
