Hassan al-Zayer

Hassan Al-Zayer is a Sustainability Coordinator at AESG since October 2023, focusing on LEED, Mostadam, Parksmart, and WELL sustainable rating systems for high-profile projects, overseeing sustainability compliance from design to construction. Previously, Hassan served as an Undergraduate Researcher at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals from October 2022 to April 2023, conducting research on high-performance building materials suitable for hot and humid climates to enhance thermal resistance and energy efficiency. In addition, Hassan worked as an Architectural Engineer for the Business Park Complex Company in the summer of 2022, monitoring the progress of a LEED certified building project, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems. Hassan holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering and a concentration in Smart and Sustainable Buildings from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
