Sean Adams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sean is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at AESG, an award-winning consultancy and engineering firm. Prior to this, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA & APAC at AESG. Before joining AESG, Sean worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate at KEO International Consultants. Sean also gained experience as a Recruitment Manager and Principal Consultant at maptalent, where they focused on mid-senior level management positions. Additionally, Sean worked as a Business Manager at Hays and a Senior Consultant at Engage Selection. Sean started their career at Hays as a Senior Consultant, and earlier, they worked as an Account Executive at Hill McGlynn / Corporate Solutions. Sean's early work experience includes a role as a Lifestyle Consultant at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment process outsourcing, and people management.
Sean Adams attended Barton Peveril Sixth Form College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained their A-Levels in Business Management, Information Technology, Physical Education, and Graphic Design. From 2003 to 2007, Sean Adams studied at Bournemouth University, earning a BSc (Hons) in Management with a focus on Strategic Business Management.
In terms of additional certifications, in November 2019, Sean obtained the FREC certification from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. Furthermore, in September 2003, they were awarded the University Colours for Outstanding Sporting Contribution by Bournemouth University.
