Carolyn Ziecina, PMP, PMIACP

Carolyn Ziecina, PMP, PMIACP has over 17 years of experience in the project management field. Carolyn began their career in 2003 as an Engineering Staff Manager for Rockwood Retaining Walls. In 2007, they joined aeSolutions as a Project Controls Assistant, where they created custom workflows in Deltek Vision database, improved functionality of estimating tools in MS Excel, and wrote a variety of professional documents. Carolyn was promoted to Process Risk Management Specialist/Project Manager in 2011, and then to Project Manager in 2014. In this role, they managed client relationships, coordinated end user product issues, maintained project status reports, developed business unit QMS standards, and managed multiple projects simultaneously. In 2020, they joined aeShield\u00ae as a Senior Project Manager.

Carolyn Ziecina, PMP, PMIACP has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained between 2019 and 2021. Carolyn also has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Rochester Community and Technical College, which they obtained between 2003 and 2006. Carolyn has obtained three certifications: PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) from the Project Management Institute in October 2016, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile;Download Free Scrum Body of Knowledge(340 pages) in May 2015, and PMP from the Project Management Institute in October 2013.
