Nicholas Nickel is a Technical Artist with extensive experience in 3D visualization and game development. Currently employed at Aesir Interactive GmbH since June 2023, Nicholas has previously held technical artist roles at HHVISION from August 2022 to January 2023 and at metricminds from November 2019 to July 2022, focusing on cutscene integration in Unreal Engine. Prior to that, Nicholas worked as a freelance cinematic artist and intern at metricminds, contributing to character lighting, VFX, and environment creation for notable projects such as Darksiders III and Remnant. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Animation & Game from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences between 2015 and 2019.
