Agnieszka Gabryelczyk

Agnieszka Gabryelczyk currently serves as the Accounting & Consolidation Director at Aesop Group since February 2024, following an extensive career at L'Oréal where experience included serving as Eastern Europe SSC Director, responsible for creating a Shared Service in Warsaw for accounting processes across 15 East European countries, along with establishing governance frameworks and improving accounting processes using Lean Six Sigma methodology. Previous roles include Chief Accountant at L'Oréal's Warsaw Plant, where significant achievements included tax optimization and improving accounting KPIs, and Chief Accountant at Partner in Pet Food Polska SA, where responsibilities encompassed moving the accounting department, implementing ERP systems, and managing financial reporting. Early experience included roles at Tchibo, where project management and process optimization were key focuses. Agnieszka Gabryelczyk holds a Magister Ekonomii degree in Finance from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
