Ahlyana Mangalao

Ahlyana Mangalao is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People Services Team Lead for Europe and America at Aesop since April 2021. Previously, Ahlyana held various HR roles at Aesop, including HR Advisor and HR Business Partner, covering regions in Europe. Prior to Aesop, Ahlyana worked at Ralph Lauren from September 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities included supporting HR operations and talent acquisition across retail and corporate settings in the UK and ROI. Earlier experience includes roles at Burberry and Inditex, showcasing a strong foundation in sales and customer service. Ahlyana holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Kingston University.
