Matthew Spiers

Matthew Spiers is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in information technology leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Aesop since April 2022, Matthew previously held the role of Chief Information Officer at Bupa from May 2008 to April 2021, where additional responsibilities included Director of Global Security Transformation and Assurance, Head of Info Security and Governance, Head of Programmes, and Programme Manager. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked at American Express as a Portfolio/Programme Manager from 2003 to 2007, PA Consulting Group as an IT Management Consultant from 2001 to 2003, and Capita Symonds as a Project/Programme Manager from 1995 to 2001.
