Megan Connell

Megan Connell, ACC, is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various top-tier organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Aesop in the Americas since November 2022, Megan previously worked as a Leadership, Career, and Wellness Coach at Boon Health and held significant roles including Director of People & Culture at KREWE and Human Resources Business Partner Consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Prior to these positions, Megan spent several years at Coach in diverse HR roles such as Vice President of Human Resources for North America and HR Business Partner across European operations. Megan's academic background includes a BA in Business Management from Gettysburg College and further studies at Rutgers University and Lancaster University.
