Lavance L. Northington, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and technology. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of VitalSync since July 2022, Northington leads efforts to implement value-based care models that enhance health outcomes. As Co-Founder and COO of Aesthetic, Northington leverages AI to create personalized shopping experiences. Northington is also a Founder of TRYAL, an electronic informed consent platform, and has held the position of CEO at Cellgen Diagnostics, focusing on non-invasive cancer diagnostics. Additionally, Northington is a member of the Foundation Board of Trustees at Oregon State University and a Principal Member of the Metaverse Standards Forum, which promotes interoperability standards. Previous experience includes founding Presidency at Soberlink, the first mobile breath device. Northington holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University.
